to sequence single-plex/low-plexity libraries on this platform (these samples can be sequenced on the
NovaSeq X Plus – Partial Lane Workflow):

different types of library plexity (# of indices on a full lane) & recommendations for them
- 1 plex - Do not sequence on the X series

• 2 plex or 3 plex - Requires TS/Sales evaluations in pre-sales stage
  (see below for more information)
• 4 plex (or higher) - Low risk in moving forward; no evaluation
  needed in sales stage, but TS will review SIF for
  any red flags
