. Surgical creation of an opening from gastric mucosa to skin
. For feeding, draining or decompression of the stomach

. Spivac-Watsuji: Rolling gastric tissue into a tube
. Janeway gastrostomy: Raising a flap of gastric tissue
. Utilization of transected portion of jejunum
Stamm or Witzel:
Placement of synthetic tubes
Stamm Procedure: It is a temporary measure that can often be performed under local anesthesia (if not performed with a gastrectomy.) It is quick, has the widest application, and is technically easy to perform, providing sufficient venting of the stomach.
Spivac-Watsuji:
Rolling gastric tissue into a tube
