- Oesophagitis - haematemesis/ Heart burn

Ix of GORD (2)
A
- 24 hour PH monitoring to quantify the degree of acid reflux
- Endoscopy with Oesophageal biopsy

Mx of GORD (2)
A
- Alginates
- PPI or Ranitadine ( if signs of severe GORD)
- Thickening agents to food
- Head 30 degrees after feeds
