Q

How do you find bolt hole spacing?

A

Angle method
-Divide the bolt hole circle (360°) by the number of spaces needed to match the bolt holes in the flange. Then, using a set of dividers, lay out the latter using a protractor to lay out the angle for that particular bolt pattern.

Chord method

Chord=sin(180/#BH) x BC
