A

Oxygen moves from alveoli into red blood cells

-surrounded by capillaries so good blood supply
-big surface area
-thin walls(one cell thick)
-short distance for diffusion

- Air is breathed in via the mouth and goes down trachea
- The trachea splits into 2 bronchi
- Bronchi split into smaller bronchioles
- Bronchioles have small air sacs
- Alveoli
