Q

What is the pathway of blood?

A

> Deoxygenated blood into right atrium
then to the right ventricle
pulmonary artery transports deoxygenated blood to the lungs
gaseous exchange occurs (blood becomes oxygenated)
pulmonary vein transports oxygenated blood back to left atrium then to left ventricle
oxygenated blood is ejected and transported to the body through the vena cava
