1/ Scale digital leads volume and quality (sprint 1 will be about overall comparison table)
2/ Optimise lead delivery and allocation: pragmatic approach to deliver leads to agents; basic lead allocation first (mdrt initially), increasing sophistication overtime
3/ build lead execution capability: rigorous on the ground agent coaching and training; sales scripts
4/ Initiate robust tracking: every lead tracked along execution with feedback loop for optimisation
5/ develop economic model: lead pricing model taking into account cost, conversion rate, HL cost of fulfillment
