A

1/ business opportunity: align with business objectives
2/ model development: high quality models, tight leads selection (challenge on chg mgmt from quantity to quality)
3/ Distribution alignment: mobilising agents and incentives schemes; key enablers such as scripts and trainings (challenge: the latter 2 are missing)
4/ leads / sales traceability: effective leads distribution and consumption; sales activity tracking (challenge: low leads consumption rate; lack discipline on leads tracking)
5/ performance management: campaign tracking and analysis (challenge: lack effective tracking mechanism for continuous improvement)
