A

enmity → sharp distinction of self vs. others (US-N-Korea relations)
friendship → about a strong positive identification of Seld with Other as in the angloshpere (relations among Australia, Britain, Canada, New Zealand, and the US )
rivalry → located in between often characterizing great power relations
Nb.useful for study of diplomatic relations among states

It may also be seen as actors making their relations together, notably when they reciprocate around dialogue through [practice or with metis ie. the agential power to change relations as for the authors of the European unification process
