Il faisait beau et nous sommes allés à l’aéroport en taxi.
It was nice weather and we went to the airport by taxi.
Nous sommes montés dans l’avion, j’ai mis ma ceinture de sécurité et l’avion a decollé.
We got on the plane, I fastened my safety belt and the plane took off.
Je n’avais pas peur.
I wasn’t afraid.

Avant de partir, j’avais acheté un roman.
Before leaving I had bought a novel.

Nous avons déjeuné, mais le repas n’était pas très bon. C’était du poulet, et je ne l’ai pas aimé.
We had lunch but the meal wasn’t very good. It was chicken, and I didn’t like it.
Après avoir mangé, je ne me sentais pas bien.
After eating, I didn’t feel well.
Je suis arrivé(e) en Suisse à six heures du soir et mes amis attendaient à l’aéroport.
I arrived in Switzerland at six o’clock in the evening and my friends were waiting for me at the airport.
L’année dernière, j’ai décidé de partir en vacances au mois de juin avec mon frère aîné.
Last year, I decided to go on holiday in June with my elder brother.

En allant à la maison, nous avons traversé la ville Genève, nous avons admiré le lac, et plus tard, nous sommes arrivés chez eux.
On the way to the house, we crossed the city of Geneva, we admired the lake, and then reached their house.
En arrivant, nous avons diné. Le répas était délicieux. Puis nous nous sommes couchés.
On arriving, we ate. The meal was delicious. Then we went to bed.
Je pense que le voyage s’est très bien passé et que mes amis sont très gentils.
I think the journey went very well and that my friends are very nice.
Il faut que je retourne en Suisse pour skier.
I must return to Switzerland to ski.
Je voudrais faire du ski parce que j’adore faire du ski et la neige est si bonne à Verbier.
I would like to ski because I love skiing and the snow is so good in Verbier.
Je voudrais aussi monter à cheval parce que j’ai un cheval ici en Angleterre et que j’aime bien faire de l’équitation malgré la neige.
I would also like to go horse-riding because I have a horse here in England and I like horse-riding in spite of the snow.
L’année dernière à Verbier, j’ai fait des promenades dans les montagnes et je voudrais faire la même chose cette année puisque ça m’a vraiment plu.
Last year in Verbier, I went walking in the mountains and I would like to do the same thing this year because I really liked it.
