Pros
* gives a diversity of ideas

* enhance proficiency
* distribution of work load that can lead to better efficiency
* notions and ideas are shared
* improve social skills, but annoying by supervisors sometimes
** Cons:**
* You can’t make direct decisions
* Not everyone participate, maybe the leader has to bear the biggest burden when the others are not really responsible
* Too many opinions can take you off track (like they say too many cooks spoil the broth)

Which is better for children, team work or** competition**?
Teamwork is a challenge for introverts.
Competition encourages them to excell in their skills and motivate them.
They might get the best of both worlds.

Healthy competition is good.
You need both, because you need 21 Century skills for the workplace.
But the labor market is a competitive place, so for future work they need to learn competition (to be competitive)
They need to learn how to stand out the crowd.
How to get a competitive edge.
It can help them learn how to be thick-skinned.
What should each team member do to contribute effectively to a team?
