• Urethral trauma
• Immunocompromised

S/S of fourneirs gangrene
A
Severe pain
• Anterior abdominal wall
• Migrates to gluteal muscles, scrotum,
& penis
• Clinical Features
• Tense edema
• Blisters/bullae
• Crepitus
• Subcutaneous gas
• Sepsis picture
• Fever, tachycardia, and hypotension
