What about Physicians?
Doctors, Surgeons are burnt out, not just athletes who are struggling with mental health issues.
Mental Illness?
Described as disturbances in thoughts, feelings, and perceptions affecting day to day functioning.
Mental Health?
State of well being that everyone has. Just like physical health we need to take care of mental health. It isn’t simply the absence of mental illness

1) It oversimplifies the human behaviour so you can’t just diagnose someone based on a few matching terms

Madness study
We believe that distress is purely in one’s head, and we don’t take into the social forces or cultural forces that actually affect the individual. We see it as them just overthinking and being abnormal
