You need to be tough and show mental strength. You as an individual is second to the you who is competing.
What about Physicians?
Doctors, Surgeons are burnt out, not just athletes who are struggling with mental health issues.
Mental Illness?
Described as disturbances in thoughts, feelings, and perceptions affecting day to day functioning.
Mental Health?
State of well being that everyone has. Just like physical health we need to take care of mental health. It isn’t simply the absence of mental illness
