Diagnosis is Simultaneous Exterior cold W. Interior Heat —promotes sweating while also clearing heat from constraint in the interior & calms unease w/o inhibiting Qi dynamic.

Recognize Indications: Severe fever & chills W/O SWEATING, body aches, thirst, irritability, pulse floating/tight

Don’t need to know; but formula is: Ma Huang + Gui Zhi + Xing Ren + Zhi Gan Cao + (Sheng Jiang + Da Zao + Shi Gao – to harmonize the ST)
