  • Qi-level heat lingering in the superficial aspects of the yang brightness warp (the muscles and chest). Heat constrained in the qi level leads to fever. Heat constrained in the chest causes irritability & insomnia. In Yang Ming/Qi level family - Heat affecting Heart.
