There are lots of adjectives that refer to nationalities and places of origin which end in -s. How are these plurals formed?
add -es for masculine plural
add -as for feminine plural
Un hombre francés
Dos hombres franceses
Dos mujeres francesas
A French man
Two French men
Two French women.
Mis vecinos son aragoneses.
Mis amigas son aragonesas.
My neighbours are from Aragón.
My girlfriends are from Aragón.
Andrew y Matthew son ingleses, de Bristol.
Estas chicas rubias son inglesas, de Londres.
Andrew and Matthew are English, from Bristol.
These blonde girls are English, from London.
Muchos hombres irlandeses hablan gaélico.
