- cannot use hands
- game starts with ball in centre of pitch
- when goal is scored other team get to start with ball in centre of pitch
- if ball goes if side line other team get to throw it back in
- if kick the ball off back line at end you are shooting, other team get goal kick
- if kick the ball if off back line at end you are defending other team get corner kick.
