Rice, pasta, corns, yams, cereals
How much carbohydrates should an active sports persons diet have in?
60% of their diet. Means high in carbohydrates are called high energy meals.
What are fats used for?
Energy
What mixture do muscles use?
Fats and glycogen and it depends on how intense the exercise is, and how fit you are.
What is protein used for?
To build cells, to make blood and to repair and restore muscle and other tissues.
What happens if your body has run out of carbohydrates and fats for energy?
It would use protein for energy
