What is diabetes type 1?
Some babies are born with diabetes type 1 which isn’t very dangerousness or life threatening but because you are short of incline the babies would need injections to get rid of the diabetes type 1.
What is type 2?
Type 2 is when a person rates too much and become ps overweight or obese which leads to being type 2. To get rid of the disease they would have to loose an incredibly large amount of their weight to not be obese or overweight.
What is celiac disease?
It’s when you are gluten intolerance.
Which foods should people stay ways from?
Gluten is found in wheat, barley and rye. It is also found in bread, biscuits, cakes and pasta and all 4 of these must be avoided or eat gluten free products.
Nut Allergies:
Nut allergy is a popular allergy that a lot of people suffer from.
making products that contain nuts with be stated on the label on the products.
If consumed nuts it can cause severe reactions.
Nut allergies symptoms:
vomiting. Diarrhea. Difficulty swallowing. Itching of the mouth, throat, eyes, skin or any other area. Nasal congestion or a runny nose. Nausea. Shortness of breath.
Lactose intolerance:
Lactose intolerance is a common digestive problem where the body is unable to digest lactose, a type of sugar mainly found in milk and dairy products.
Symptoms of lactose intolerance:
Symptoms of lactose intolerance usually develop within a few hours of consuming food or drink that contains lactose. They may include: flatulence (wind) diarrhoea.
What foods can lactose intolerance people not able to eat?
Milk, milkshakes and other milk-based beverages. Whipping cream and coffee creamer. Ice cream, ice milk, sherbet. Cheese. Butter. Puddings, custards. Cream soups, cream sauces. Foods made with milk.
