2. NSGT Stage I on active surveillance
3. All patient having received either adjuvant treatment or curative chemotherapy for good and intermediate prognosis metastatic disease achieving a complete remission, with or without surgery, for seminoma this includes residual lesions <3cm or residual lesions >3cm that at PET negative

EAU follow up schedule seminoma CS 1 on surveillance or after carboplatin or DXR

clinic and exam and tumour markers and CT 2 times in year 1 and 2

then CT once 36 months and once 60 months

Years 4 and 5 once exam and tumour markers

Year 5 onwards according to survivorship care plan
