Jazz split
One leg extended forward in front of the body, while other leg is behind the body with knee flexed and turned out. Body facing front leg
Full split
Normally at an angle of 180 degrees, with one leg extended forward and one leg extended back. The shoulders, waist, and hips should be facing front leg, hands should be used for support at either side until correct position is attained
Chest lift
Lie in supine position, arching upper back and raising chest. Head, hips and feet remain on the floor.
Swastika
Sitting on the floor with both legs flexed, one forward and one back
Side bend with extend leg
Body supported between feet and one hand facing side opposite arm extended above head
