I am at the life stage where I understand and live the problems Flock aims to solve.
- I live in a 150 year old neighborhood, the oldest in SLC. It is right on the fringe of the inner city.
- I am very active in city council and have been a part of discussions involving crime in and around our neighborhoods
- I can bring a wealth of Customer Experience knowledge to bring products to the next level

Building CX Product Tooling form the ground up.

A: Connected with customers, connected internally, reviewed tools and systems, identified gaps, prioritized the path to fill those gaps, Fill gaps
R: Backlog dropped, FCR increased, CSAT increased, Employee Satisfaction increased as well.
