What is Flip Flops
A bistable electronic device that has two states set (1) and reset (0). It will maintain its state until it receives an input pulse called a trigger
Registers
Fast memory locations internal to processor for keeping temporary , working memory or storage

Status Registers
Program Counter
contains address of next instruction to be fetched from memory
Current Instruction register
contains the current instruction being decoded and executed
Memory Address Register
memory address of data being currently accessed
Memory Data Register
Holds data that was read from/written to main memory. Contains the data to be stored or to be fetched from storage
The Accumulator
answers many operations are stored temporarily before going on main memory.
Clock Speed
Speed at whicg CPU or microprocessor exectues instructions. Measured in Hrtz
