How many hinges are on the ailerons, and how are they secured?
4 hinges per aileron, secured by a roll pin. They are to be checked before every flight.
What is the torque seal on an aileron?
A special varnish placed on the lock nuts of the ailerons to indicate if there was any alterations to the factory adjustments. If it is disturbed, there may be flight safety risks.

6 hinges per flap, all secured by a roll pin. They are to be checked before every flight
How can you tell if the flaps are possibly a safety risk?
If the lock nut and lock varnish is damaged
If the flaps are not working correctly, how could you troubleshoot the issue?

Up (0 degrees), takeoff (20 degrees), and landing (42 degrees)

Steel pushrods attached to the tail

Both upper and lower hinge with rubber stoppers. The rudder is attached to the pedals via cables
