You only have to bring in people when there is a demand for them which keeps wages down

You get the opportunity to choose your hours which can work around your life
Negatives of flexible working
There is an uncertainty; you don’t know when you are working in the future. Potentially low pay when you don’t get enough hours, you have no guarantee hours and you have to rely on the buisness needing you
Flexible working comes in the form of
Zero hour contracts (anything that doesn’t fit the regular 9-5)
