- sensory - lateral arm over portion of deltoid
-impairment- Loss of shoulder abduction. Weak shoulder lateral rotation

sensory:
anterior lateral forearm
“impairment - loss of elbow flexion, weak supination
Radial
C5-t1
Muscles:
triceps brachii
anconeus
supinator
wrist, finger, thumb extensors and abductors
Sensory: posterior arm and forearm
radial side posterior hand.
Impairment: Loss of elbow wrist thumb, finger extension
weak supination
Median
C6-t1
Muscles:
Pronators,
wrist and finger flexors on radial side
most thumb muscles
first and second lumbricals\
Sensory:
Palmar aspect thumb, second to fourth fingers.
Impairment: Loss of forearm pronation, loss of thumb opposition, flexion and abduction. Weak wrist flexion radial side. Weak second and third finger flexion.
Ulnar
C8, T1
Muscles:
Flexor carpi ulnaris
Flexor digitorum profundis - medial half.
Interossei
Third and fourth lumbricals
Fifth finger muscles
Sensory: medial portion of fourth and fifth finger
impairment:
loss of ulnar deviation
Weak wrist and finger flexion
loss of thumb adduction
loss of most intrinsic muscles.
