Bend arms and bend them back to a 90* and make sure body remains straight and don’t touch the floor
30 meter sprint test
Test focuses on speed
From the start sprint to the end and time yourself
Vertical jump
Test focuses on power
Bend your arms straight and jump up and tap the wall

Test focuses agility
Start by laying on the floor you then sprint and weave in and out of the cones
