How to complete the the 35metre sprint test?
- Line up on the start line and sprint 35metres
- Record time taken, average for the 3 times
- Don’t do it more than 2 or 3 times a day
- Best performed on a track with good weather
- 3 people should time 1 person for best results
How to complete the Illinois agility test?
- Warm up
- Line down on the start line with your head on the start line, not in front
- On the starters command you must jump up and complete the course
- If you miss a turn or hit a cone you must start again
- Do two trials and record your best one
How to complete the vertical jump?
- Warm up
- Stand up with your hand against the wall, raised as high as you can you your feet flat on the ground
- Bend your knees a little bit then jump as high as you can
- Perform 3 times as no rest required
