-maximal test - performer runs around the cones as fast as possible
equipment = 8cones, measuring tape, stopwatch
timed in seconds

A
-individual starts on 2 feet ,hands on hips, one leg is lifted, timekeeper tells individual to raise the heel of planted leg
balances for as long as possible
equipment = stopwatch, timed in seconds / minutes

multi stage fitness test
A
-progressive
-runs 20m in time w bleeps, bleeps gets faster as level progresses
-1-2 chances to reach the line- maximal test
equipment = cones, measuring tape, speaker, CD measured as a level
