Franchisor
Sells a franchisee the right to use the franchise business name and to sell a product/service in given territory.
Franchisee
The person/s who purchase the franchise from the franchisor. The franchisee must pay a fee to the Franchisor upon purchase, plus a percentage of sales (royaltys)
