Majority are alcohol, MJ and amphetamines

A
Olanzapine and Risperdal highest effect size (other than Clozapine of course)

A
Poor response in 25% of patients
Poor tolerability in 15% due to slow elimination or high drug sensitivity
Identifies patients at high relapse risk
