Describe Cargo Smoke Detection System
A
- DC ESS Bus 2
- FWD Cargo (3) Smoke Detectors (2 must be in agreement)
- AFT Cargo (2) Smoke Detectors (both must be in agreement)
- AFT Smoke is detected, Recirc. Fans shut Off and Ventilation Outflow Valve Closes

Describe APU Fire Detection System
A
- DC ESS Bus 1/2
- 1 Fire Bottle
- APU Fire Exting.Button illuminates when APU EMER. STOP is pressed or 1 minute after alarm if No action is taken
- Red Light in APU Fire Exting. extinguishes when Fire is No longer detected

Describe Engine Fire Protection
A
- HOT BATT Bus 1/2 powered
- 2 Fire Bottles (1 shot per bottle)
- Fire Handle (Fuel SOV, Hydraulic SOV, Bleed SOV, Cross Bleed SOV)
- Fire Handle and ITT warning will remain illuminated until No indication of Fire exsists

Describe Engine Detection
A
- DC ESS Bus 1/2
- 2 Fire Loops per Engine (gaseous type)
- Both Loops must detect a Fire Overheat to get a Fire indication unless 1 Loop is inop
- 2 LH/RH FWD Tube, 1 AFT Helium Tube, Pylon Tube (8 total or 4 per loop)
