Whenever there is No Manifold Pressure on one side and there is Pressure on the other side

- CPC (Dual Channel)
- OFV
- PPRV (spring loaded check valve)
- NPRV (spring loaded check valve)
- Static Port vented to PPRV
When are both Ram Air Inlet Doors (RAID) commanded open
- Aircraft is on the GRD until FL 175 in Climb phase
