-have client check water temp

Washing the hand

-check hand
-have C put hand in water soak for 2-3 minutes
-pat fingers and hand dry

Caring for hand

-use orange wood stick to swipe under each nail
-wipe on napkin after each nail
-file each nail in one direction and check for edges
-ask if C would like lotion
-switch gloves
-apply lotion
