The economic problem is that people might not consume enough which means there will be too much product left over. People need to have MONEY to buy all the things
What is the cultural problem in regard to capitalism ?
its not enough to just solve the economic problem, needs are not just about money. They are also about identity and lifestyle. Feelings of belonging. So the cultural problem is how to make sure that people really need what is coming off of the assembly line. Money does not need anything, HUMAN beings do.
How do you solve the problem of consumption (not consuming enough?)

What is the state?
A set of institutions which one of its prime purposes is to make sure that things are getting produced and profited. Set of institutions, it has values and norms, policies and laws and socialization.
