it is like (≥≤) combined. The CRITERIA “david…michael” matches everyone from david to michael (alphabetically speaking). It also works with numbers, dates, times, etc.

go to the record you don’t want and choose RECORDS–>OMIT RECORD. This tosses out ONLY that ONE RECORD.
