List grossly what each 4 stages of vulvar cancers involve
I - tumour confined to vulvar
II - spread to lower 1/3 of; urethra, vagina or anus with negative LN
III - spread to upper part of surrounding structures; urethra, vagina or anus with any number of non fixed, non ulcerated LN
IV - fixed to bone or surrounding structure, ulcerated LN metastases, distant metasases
Stage Ia
tumour size <2cm
stromal invasion <1mm
Stage Ib
tumour size >2cm
stromal invasion >1mm
Stage 3a
tumour of any size with extension into upper 2/3 of; urethra, vagina or anus or regional lymph node mestastases <5mm

regional lymph node metasases >5mm
3c
Regional lymph node metastases with extra capsular spread
4a
disease fixed to pelvic bone
fixed or ulcerated regional lymph node metastases

distant metastases
