solid on USS
mammogram= popcorn, halo sign

A
reassure
can excise with lumpectomy or USS-guided percutaneous suctioning

is there an increased risk of carcinoma in these patients?
A
yes as can be complex with calcifications, metaplasia, sclerosing adenosis or cysts
