Uterine polyps pathophysiology and RF’s

A

Uterine polyps are growths that are attached to the lining of the endometrium. Usually benign although some can be cancerous. Polyps are most common in females who are going through or have completed menopause. Uterine polyps are oestrogen sensitive.
