100-150 cm. (100 cm for smaller fat people, 150 for the big ones)

Early dumping syndrome
A
30 minutes after eating – hyper osmotic load to duodenum and absence of pylorus

Late dumping syndrome
A
2-3 hours after eating – hypoglycemia. This is because you have a huge insulin release after the food bolus enters the duodenum.
