A
Age
Inflammation from repetitive impacts
e.g. jumping, running, walking, obesity

What are the symptoms of fat pad atrophy?
A
Pain
Tenderness over plantar aspect of the heel

What can exacerbate symptoms of fat pad atrophy?
A
Worse with activity particularly being barefoot on hard surfaces
