How long is KTs warranty?
A
- 5 years and it is between KT (or one of its reseller partners) and the original owner
- If the customer sells it, warranty is null and void

Can you cancel at anytime?

Yes. In the case of cancellation of your contract, you would be subject to pay
the remainder of your agreement

Can I return my purchase?
A
A case-by-case basis. KeepTruckin may refund Hardware within seven (7) days after Buyer receives.
Customer is responsible for packaging and shipping hardware back in the original box and at their expense

How long of a contract can the customer purchase?
A
SMB contracts range from 12 months - 24 months - 36 month 48 months 60
months.
