A
A claim based on evidence that is too small.

A
Presenting two opposing options in a situation, in such a way that those are the only options.

Post Hoc
A
When one reasons that since an event occurred before another, that the first event caused the other.
This is not always the case

A
An argument that assumes consequences will inevitably occur as a result of one event, based on a chain of effects.

A topic discussion at hand that’s avoided, instead attacking the person making the argument not the argument itself.
