GINGER PIMM’S

A

belvedere ginger zest vodka, pimm’s no.1, lemon​11
We took a simple classic, the Pimm’s Cup, and added our spin on it to give it a little warmth and spice by using the ginger-infused vodka. Still very refreshing and light, it’s an easy sipper for those that don’t want anything too aggressive.

Ingredients:
1 oz. Belvedere Ginger Vodka
1.5 oz. Pimm’s
.25 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 Simple
Methode/ Garnish:
Build in shaker and dry shake. Fill collins glass with ice and pour contents of the shaker over ice.

ALL GROWN UP

A

raynal vsop brandy, lazzaroni amaretto, lemon, egg white, angostura​​​​11
An updated, more “adult” version of another classic, the amaretto sour. We’ve fortified it with brandy so it’s not quite as sweet and a little boozier. The egg white in combination with the fresh citrus make for a creamy texture.

Ingredients:
1 oz.  Lazzaroni Amaretto
1 oz. Raynal Brandy
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. egg white
.25 oz. simple
Methode/ Garnish :
Build in mixing tin and dry shake vigorously. Add ice and reshake. Strain into large coup glass, finish with a dash Angostura and garnish with cherry.

INVIERNO ROJO

la montesa rioja, leopold bros. cranberry liquor, amaro, lime, allspice “smoke”​​11
This fresh and fruity cocktail is inspired by a sangria. It’s a little in lower alcohol, as the base of it is red wine, for those that are looking for something composed, but gentle. The tart cranberry liquor enforces the juicy, tart quality of the drink, while the amaro and allspice brings in complexity and gives it a more aromatic and wintery feel.

2 oz. La Montesa Rioja
.5 oz. Leopold Bros Cranberry
.75 Meletti Amaro
.25 lime
2 dash Fee’s Old Fashioned Bitters
Build in shaker and shake with ice to chill. Strain into small coup glass. Spray Allspice with atomizer through flame. Garnish by floating a thinly sliced half orange wheel on top.

BIRD OF PARADISE

richland estate rum, below deck spiced rum, campari, pineapple, lime​​12
A riff on one of my favorite tiki drinks, “Jungle Bird”. We’ve used a combination of barrel-aged rum and a spiced rum to add richness. The Campari provides a bitter balance and the pineapple and lime bring it all together to give it that tropicality you expect from a tiki drink. Fruity,tygg but not too sweet.

Ingredients:
.75 oz.  Richland Rum
.75 oz. Below Deck Spiced Rum
.75 oz. Campari
.5 oz. Lime
1.5 oz  Pineapple juice
.5 oz. simple
Methode/ Garnish :
Build in mixing tin and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into stemless tumbler glass with 4 medium cubes and garnish with lime wheel.

buffalo trace bourbon, calvados, nux alpine walnut liquor, honey syrup, ginger beer​​12
Our easy-drinking bourbon option is “Fall in a glass”. Inspired by the culinary seasonal combination of apples, walnuts, honey and ginger, we’ve put this in liquid form for those that are ready to celebrate the season’s change.

1.25 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.5 oz. Christian Drouin Calvados
.25 oz.  Nux Alpine Walnut Liquor
.5 oz.  honey syrup
1.5 oz. ginger beer
Methode/ Garnish:
Combine first four ingredients in a tin and shake with ice.
Strain into port glass and top with ginger beer.
Garnish with expressed lemon swath.

NEW AND IMPROVED

blue coat gin, luxardo maraschino, strega, tarragon syrup, grapefruit bitters​​13
The original inspiration for this was the classic, “Improved Gin Cocktail”, which is primarily made with gin, maraschino liquor and bitters. We’ve added Strega and tarragon syrup to incorporate an herbal complexity. It’s a boozier drink for those looking for something strong but elegant, much like a classic martini.

2 oz. Blue Coat Gin
.25 oz. Strega
.5 Luxardo Maraschino
2 dash grapefruit bitters
.25 tarragon simple
Methode/ Garnish:
Stir in pint glass and strain into highball glass over king cube.
Garnish with lemon swath.

redemption high rye bourbon, meletti amaro, apricot liquor, barolo chinato, blackstrap bitters ​13
Our more masculine, stirred Bourbon cocktail that an Old Fashioned or Manhattan drinker would enjoy. Very complex with a wide range of flavors from malty caramel and vanilla flavors, to fruit, to bitter spice.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Redemption High Rye Bourbon
.5 oz Meletti Amaro
.25 oz Orchard Apricot Liquor
.25 oz. Barolo Chinato
2 dash Blackstrap bitters
Methode/ Garnish :
Build in pint glass and stir. Strain over big cube in highball glass. Finish with orange swath.

WHAT ABOUT BARB?

herradura’s double barrel reposado tequila, xicaru mescal joven, sfumato rhubarb amaro,
blood orange liquor, rhubarb bitters​​14
This one is not for the faint of heart! Very aggressive and smokey, with the combined use of our rich, double barrel aged tequila, a peaty mescal and a smoked rhubarb amaro. It’s stirred and strong and will require someone that LOVES things like smokey Scotch or Mezcal. No sweetness here!

Ingredients:
.75 oz. Herradurra Double Reposado
.75 oz. Xicaru Mezcal
.5 Sfumato Amaro
.25 Pur Blood Orange
2 dash Rhubarb bitters
Methode/ Garnish:
Stir in pint glass and strain into FGR glass over medium cube.
Garnish with flamed orange swath.
