keep finger pad against inner surface of mandible and slide finger post

slide finger sup and post between maxilla and coronoid process into hollow at roof of cheek pouch

gloved finger placed between lower teeth and tonuge
begin at incisors, finger pad lodes down inner surface of mandible to floor of mouth, continue post to last molar
