I: Navicular tuberosity, cuneiform, cuboid, sustenstaculum taili, base 2-4th metatarsals

Plantarflexes and inverts ankle
Flexor Digitorum Longus o/i?
O: Med post tibia inf to solar line and by broad tendon to fibula
I: Distal phalanges of digits 2-5
Flexor Digitorum Longus action?
Flexes digit 2-5, plantar flexes ankle and supports longitudinal arch of foot
Flexor Hallucis Longus o/i?
O: Post portion of middle half of the fibula
I: Distal phalanx of first toe
Flexor Hallucis Longus action?
Flex the first toe
weak plantar flexion and invert

O: 2/3 of fibular shaft
I: Base of first metatarsal

Evert foot
