The ability of the ciliary muscles to change the shape of the lens, allowing clear focus at different focal lengths

A vision defect in which the eye is too long for correct focus

Structures of the eye which function in focusing the eye made up of the lens, ciliary muscles, and suspensory ligaments
Sclera
The outer covering of the posterior 5/6ths of the eye, composed of fibrous connective tissue
Hyperopia
Hypero -> Hypo
A vision defect in which is too short for correct focus
Rods
Photoreceptors which function in black and white vision
