How does colour blindness happen
It is when some cones are fault and do not work properly.
What is the most common form of colour blindness
red-green colour-blindness
How is cataracts caused
It’s caused by a build up of protein inside the lens and makes it cloudy.
How can cataracts be corrected
By replacing the clouded lens with a plastic one
What happens if someone has myopia?
-You can’t see things far away
-Your eyeball is either too long or your lens and cornea may refract too much
-Image is infront of the retina
How is myopia corrected
-Wear glasses or contacts lenses that contain concave lenses
-Concave lenses spread out the light so it focuses on the retina
What happens if someone has Hyperopia?
-You cannot see close by objects clearly
-Your eyeball is either too short or your lens and cornea may not refract light enough
-Image is behind the retina
How is Hyperopia corrected
-Wear glasses or contact lenses that contain convex lenses
-Convex lenses pull the light in so it focuses on the retina
