What to do if a hold is not placed when customer is present

  2. Cc the relationship manager
  3. Subject line: manual hold request
  4. Body:
    -buc#
    - account title (John smith)
    - account type (checking)
    - account number
    - amount of deposit
    - reason for hold (large deposit)
    - attachments: copy of deposit ticket, copy of all checks, supporting docs
    - circle area of concern
