Tasting Notes: As the name suggests, the focus of this cocktail is balancing sugar with spice. In this case Thai Chili spice. Aperol serves as the conductor of the spice aspect, bringing notes of candied orange to the cocktail. Perfect for adventurous Margarita aficionados.
