The Gromit
Old Overholt Rye, Ginger Syrup, Lime, Soda Water

Tasting Notes: This Buck variation brings about strong ginger spice while remaining approachable to the guest.
Sweet Chin Music
Gin, Campari, Cassis, Lime
Glassware: Double Old Fashioned
Garnish: Lime Wheel in glass
Tasting Notes: An equal parts marriage of bitter, sweet, and citrus. Lots of bitter grapefruit and orange flavors are rounded out by dark berries and fresh lime juice.
Like Sugar and Spice
Blanco Tequila, Thai Chili Aperol, Lemon, Simple
Glassware: Coupe
Garnish: Lemon Wheel in glass
Tasting Notes: As the name suggests, the focus of this cocktail is balancing sugar with spice. In this case Thai Chili spice. Aperol serves as the conductor of the spice aspect, bringing notes of candied orange to the cocktail. Perfect for adventurous Margarita aficionados.
Sherry Lemonade
Fino Sherry, Amontillado Sherry, Cinnamon Lemon Syrup, Lemon Juice
Glassware: Collins
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Tasting Notes: Slightly nutty/savory with a very refreshing citrus finish. Hints of cinnamon are present. Perfect for oysters.
Stir Crazy
Bourbon, Grapefruit Cordial, Punt e Mes, Grapefruit Bitters
Glassware: Coupe
Garnish: Grapefruit Twist
Tasting Notes: At it’s core, this cocktail revolves around the concept of the Manhattan (Whiskey, Vermouth, Bitters). A slightly more refreshing interpretation with hints of dark raisin and bright grapefruit.
Church Special
‘Gansett + Mellow Corn
Tasting Notes: It’s a SHOT and a BEER!
